We often travel to New Plymouth and we have stayed at BKs 3 or 4 times now. Always clean and tidy and we will continue to stay there when possible. Cheers Stevo

Have always found the motel to provide excellent facilities and a friendly and welcoming attitude. I have never had a problem with any bookings which have been done and confirmed on line.

Working with and heavely involved in the hospitality trade in Europe, I am still amazed at the unprofessional business attitude of the above mentioned lodge. The booking I did was " not live ", so this booking was declined. The rooms were taken but that didt show on the site. Internationaly it wont do your reputation any good either.
